Heartland REACT Volunteers assisted with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), Nebraska Chapter’s 14th Annual ‘Out of the Darkness’ suicide prevention walk on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018 at Lewis and Clark Landing in Omaha. Over 3,200 walkers were in attendance!
